Metal Bits – 30-Day Trial Period
- Trial Period: All metal bits come with a 30-day trial period, as long as they are not classified as a special order product.
- Special Order Bits: If the product you selected is a special order, we will notify you after purchase. You will have the option for a refund if you decide not to proceed with the order.
Return Requirements for Metal Bits

Condition: Bits must be returned in uncompromised condition, with no marks, scratches, or visible wear and tear.
- Any faults or damage to the bit upon return will render it non-refundable.
- Hire Fee: Used bits returned within the trial period will incur a 10% hire fee deducted from the refund.
Other Products
- All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:
- In as-new condition,
- Unused and still in their original packaging.
Return Process

Postage Costs:
- Customers are responsible for covering postage costs for return items.
- If you received your product outside of the expected shipping timeframe and wish to return it, we will cover the return postage costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
